ProFlowers is a web-based flower and plant retailer. ProFlowers fulfills online flower orders through a distribution network of florists and its own floral centers. ProFlowers rebranded as Provide Commerce and then was acquired by Liberty Media. ProFlowers offers customer service by toll-free phone and an FAQ's page on their support web site.

Very disappointed revived delivery and chocolates all melted and flowers wilting,had to toss all three days later

I ordered flowers for my mother for Mothers Day.

What I got was garbage.

It looks like they sent used flowers.

I will never order from them again and recommend that you don't either.

Way to screw up my mother's Mothers Day ProFlowers.

English is amazing and trying to order from your company is impossible.repeating myself over and over again not sure if you are getting my order correct then they start talking faster and louder still not English tried twice to order and still can't understand customer service representative not customer service when you can not understand them.�µordered from Sheri's berries great service in English easy

Forget it spent 1 hour on 2 calls too many bad things to say.Not enough space or time to elaborate.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!

Placed an order on thursday the 16th for friday the 17th delivery. No delivery on friday and customer service promised Saturday18th before noon. It's now Sunday 19th at 7:18. Still no delivery. I will never use your company again!
